Here, I have found Ordinator armour for Oblivion. If you haven't already found it, this could be very useful to you:

This is an open mod resource. Anyone can use it provided they give due credit.
The same modder has also done a version of Vivec, which you may or may
not wish to use (it seems to require a body mod, which may not be a
good idea unless we can include it as a unique mesh):

Hi Deeza, sorry for the late reply. I am away from home and just got a
new notebook, which I think is gonna kick ***, I am still setting it
up.
The armor looks great. Would looking a bit different from the original
be such a bad idea? It's a mod and having it's uniqueness can be a plus.
Hi LPS. This armor looks good too. Aquireing it seems a bit more detailed than the other.
