Perhaps its a idea to update the Mod DB entry?
this is what it says:
Ok everyone, from the minds of some of more experianced and some new
modders comes a Total Coversion of oblivion to an updated, post- dagoth
Ur Morrowind. We are just in development stages now, deciding on
features, plotlines and new items. Because it is currently pre-oblivion
release, we can't do a lot but we are beggining to come up with model

and sign up in the forums if you want to help. We are a kinda a part of
the silgrad tower mod but we cover the other part of the province, so
our site updates may be on silgrad's site.
P.S. I'm not the head of the project...Kukulza is.However, I will be
one of the scripters for new features. Email to the above adress and
I'll forward it to Kukulza.
