The mod's in a horrible decline right now. If we just sit here, it'll die out. And we have pretty much no PR. We need to promote our mod more and attract more modders.

This thread might make for good PR, bringing people to these forums... Just say how these candles will be put to good use in Morrowind, and are a part of bringing back the Vvardenfell province for TES4: Oblivion. Some mention of Silgrad Tower too, as they are also a part of Morrowind... (Or something along those lines).

Yes, this mod has permission to use those retexes.

No, I really don't think that will do anything for the Vvardenfell mod, honestly. We need stuff more direct and on a larger scale.

He means he doesn't want it for advertising. (at least I think)

I think we need a PR too, put everything together in one big thread (but not too big). However, this thread should be made with care, for instance, I personally think the Skyrim for OB threads are horrible, I'm not satisfied with the way the Reich Parkeep threads are done either. Tehre's just too much loose information. It should be done in proper order, with well chosen screenshots and direct information.

The one bad thing is that we haven't got any in-game screenshots....

I'd love to do PR as I'd be quite interested in getting a future in it. However, I do think we need more material before we can go jumping around the forums these days. Most projects that tell they're going to be awesome one day but have very little to show are considered dead already.

As you can see by this poll, there is quite a bit of interest in our mod, or at least in a recreation of Vvardenfell in general.

now back on topic...

I think maybe we can make demos... like exteriors of TES3 in CS of what we PLAN for it to be like in TES4... like say glimpses at the new and growing Balmora... at Nordic Sheogorad isles... at Ald-ruhn atfer Daedrc invasion...

I would say get a town done, and maybe heightmap, release a demo of the town and other media to attract interest.
