Lucky Lockup
This place is run by Benunius Agrudilius, the Imperial publican. He sells food, drinks and rents rooms. The Southwall Cornerclub used to be for Thieves, the Council Club has Camonna Tong thugs, and so this place has been the favorite of outlanders. The Lucky lockup has a middle class interior.


The exterior does not need to be assembled. Use the existing interior cell. Add some unique
dialogue and full AI.
