Council Club
Ever since the bloodbath, the Camonna Tong has gotten more cautious and much more dangerous. The place is still run by Banor Seran who sells food, drinks and rents beds. The Council Club now has two new veteran thugs replacing the five lost, and are trained by the drillmasters. This is basically the Camonna Tong's local hideout. The Council Club has a middle class interior.


The exterior does not need to be assembled. Use the existing interior cell. Add some unique
dialogue and full AI.

The photos are for reference. No resemblance of decoration is needed
