Maps AREA:1</a></p>
<p>Area one holds three neighbourhoods. &quot;Venim's Hold&quot; is
the largest of the three, and is centered around a lively tavern
operated by the powerful and influential Venim family. &quot; The
Choir&quot; lies shielded within its thick walls, and it's a widely
held belief that all its citizens belong to a religious cult within
the Temple. There's not much venerating going on in &quot;Star of
Soluthis&quot;, however, as the neighbourhood is the headquarter
for the Soluthis' city guard. If you ever need to find the Guard
Captain, this is where you'll want to look.</p>

<p><a href="http://parkeep.silgrad.com/claimsmap02.html" target="_blank">Soluthis Claims Maps AREA:2</a></p>
<p>&quot;Ravanil's Valor&quot; is a statue dedicated to one of Soluthis'
ancient heroes, and the title is commonly used when referring to
the surrounding neighbourhood. At least by the respectable townsfolk;
others just say 'near the Sleepy Guar', meaning the Inn. &quot;Northaven&quot;
is a tranquil but sinister place, being home to Soluthis' local
battlemages. While trained in the deadly arcane arts, most of their
time is devoted to scholarly research.</p>
<p><a href="http://parkeep.silgrad.com/claimsmap03.html" target="_blank">Soluthis Claims Maps AREA:3</a></p>
<p>&quot;Molagh Khestis&quot; is home to several shops (02-05) and
homes (06-10), but is most famous for the Ministry of Economic Defense
building. The ministry was founded in 3E 426 in an effort to counter
the steadily rising economic pressure from House Hlaalu. Officially,
it's role is aid and educate Redoran merchants. Unofficially, they
aren't doing a very good job of that, being warriors and all, and
instead engage in directly sabotaging various facets of Hlaalu economy.<br>

Whispers echo in the night of the Ministry's support to various
bandit gangs raiding Hlaalu locations. Mines get attacked and pillaged,
plantations get hit and torn apart, always ending in a bath of fire
and blood. Desperate times call for desperate measures, and Redoran
officials aren't about to stand idly by as the yellows take over
their lands and drive them to the poorhouse -- or so the general
consensus seems to be among the populace of Soluthis. </p>
<p><a href="http://parkeep.silgrad.com/claimsmap04.html" target="_blank">Soluthis Claims Maps AREA:4</a></p>
<p>'Bold visionary, artisan, poet, master architect of Soluthis' -
thus reads the plaque honoring Kali Gulas, one of the city's founders
and reknowned historical figure in Redoran culture. Today, &quot;Kali
Gulas Square&quot; is a quaint neighbourhood in a bustling city,
but back when the man built his house (#05) there was nothing but
rocks and trees as far as the eye could see. His descendants still
live in their forefathers homestead, tending to the park.</p>
<p><a href="http://parkeep.silgrad.com/claimsmap05.html" target="_blank">Soluthis Claims Maps AREA:5</a></p>
<p>House Redoran has an equal affinity for war as they do for religion,
epitomized in the tightly guarded Temple compound. A barracks (#08)
houses the local contingent of Ordinators, and it's not unusual
to see an Ordinator archer on duty atop the guardtower (#07, off
the map). The higher-ranking priests reside in four outlying Velothi-style
homes (#02-#05), though if you're looking for them you'll most likely
find them in the huge Temple (#01). The compound is also where you'll
find the Indoril embassy (#06), should you need to visit it.</p>

<p><a href="http://parkeep.silgrad.com/claimsmap06.html" target="_blank">Soluthis Claims Maps AREA:6</a></p>
<p>The neighbourhood known as &quot;Sotha's Countenance&quot; lies
just east of the Temple. It's tucked in on the narrow stretch of
land between the river and the citywall, and has a rather slender
layout. This part of town is home to theologians (#01) studying
the life and actions of the former God-king, nowadays revered as
a saint in Dunmer beliefs. The theologians have domeciles as well,
in the square sometimes called &quot; The Cog&quot; (#02-#07). To
fund their research they operate an Inn (#03) in The Cog called
The Spinning Sanctum, where weary travellers can get rest, relaxation,
a hot meal - and a healthy dose of good old-fashioned Tribunal teachings
and doctrin. For that extra bit of nostalgia the Tribunalists have
also hired Khajiiti servants wearing ornamental bracelets. A touch
of the old Morrowind, so to speak.<br>
Three homes and a shop further north (#08-#11) are also counted
as belonging to Sotha's Countenance, although it can be argued how
pious its occupants are.</p>
<p><a href="http://parkeep.silgrad.com/claimsmap07.html" target="_blank">Soluthis Claims Maps AREA:7</a></p>

<p>&quot;Northeastern Heights&quot; is an upperclass neighbourhood
overlooking the Temple (to the southwest). It's known for - among
other things - the mysterious yet tranquil and mesmerizing park
dedicated to the local saint Zarth Roffle. Here you'll find two
manors (#01-#02), two upper middle class homes (#03-#04), and a
luxury boutique carrying exclusive and costly apparal (#05). The
two wealthy lords pride themselves on being rich enough to pay their
employees fair wages, apparant in the fact that they own their own
homes (#06-#09).</p></td>

<p>To stake a claim to mod an interior in Soluthis, please consult the above claims maps. When you've found an interior you want to mod, post a reply in this thread and mention which claim you're modding (so no-one else mods the same claim as you). Once you've finished a version you want to submit for review, please start a new thread here on the Reich Parkeep Claims board and put your claims code as the thread title, and attach your plugin to your post.

<p>Only claims in light grey color are open because the interiors simply doesn't exist yet for the dark grey-colored claims. We will mod the remainder of them in the near future.

<p>You do <font color=red>not</font> have to wait for your claim to be approved - just go ahead and post a message in this thread and then you can get started. There's just two little rules:<br>
Don't claim something someone further up in the thread has already claim Wink and don't have more than five open claims at any one time. Thankyou, and have fun :goodjob:

<p>If you have any questions feel free to ask, but please consult our <a href="http://www.silgrad.com/wbb2/board.php?boardid=5">faq board</a> first; it adresses most of the questions we're asked.
