well I think they were technically Fighters Guild but worked for EEC at the time... so they weren't in a Guild hall...

And also this is the full list but I dunno where the unspecified people were, but I bet you can put them whereever you need them cause contracts don't last 6 years, the guys at the Ebonheart warfs might have gone onto other assignments and new Guild Fighters taken their place...

Yup, I sort of figured they left or sort of.......vanished, or perhaps they went back to the respective Guilds? Maybe thats why some of them (Sadrith Mora) only had three or four members?

yea, doesn't take many to manage a guild hall but many more are out fulfilling contracts... I made the entire list of them above

Hasphat Antabolis= Balmora Quest giver he is the ranking FG member in Balmora

Percius Mercius = FG Master also a quest giver can be found in his manor either in ebonheart/west gash/or ascadian isles

Hrundi= Wolverine Hall Quest giver he is the ranking FG member in Wolverine Hall and Sadrith Mora

Also a few random quests from members im guessing 3-4
