Claim difficulty: Medium-Difficult.
Races: Dunmer/Nord.

The NPC's must have (full) dialogue and AI. Don't forget the pathgrid.
The climate is very humid, the coast has area's of salt marshes and swamps. The area is lush with tall trees, rich plantlife, and rare fungus. Plants and fungi that grow here, include violet coprinus, luminous russula, bungler's bane, hypa facia, slough fern and occasionally hackle-lo.

The owner has an exclusive contract with the Legion, so he/she's doing well.
-There are at least 2 NPC's working on the farm.
-The rocks in this claim are from the type: StExComRockBC05 etc.
-The farm is lying just outside the Main gate.
-There are 4 exterior cells in this claim, feel free to change the landscape.
-The farm has to grow at least two different crops.
- If you want to add more trees use the existing types.
- You have to create the interior, as well.
