That's a pretty good find! Didn't think that Morrowind would be the answer to the new mesh (anyone know how to rig a mesh to a body?). And your right, the face needs to be done. I'm thinking of a heavy overhaul of the argonian face.
As you know I had taken the face meshes from another mod to pull together the race with the legs. I wasn't completely happy with it, but it was the best I could find.
I'm fine with the idea of overhauling the argonian face exile if you want to go ahead and do that. The information on the race I released is here:

I have a new idea for a tsaesci face, i don't think (/hope) it's hard.

Also i'm learning the basics of modelling (blender) and actually made a box (wow!) wich i placed in oblivion, lol :bananarock:
so... in a few weeks i'll (hopefully) be making models too
