There is currently a reference to the 'Pledge of the Lizard King' in the original post. This will be adjusted, however, so as to point towards these rules with the option of reading up on past events (the pledge). I will also be making my final decision on my own involvement on the 21st of this month.
This may seem a little anal to some but I felt it was necessary to get a list of rules in place on membership following the recent 'Pledge of the Lizard King'. Based on activity over the past 2-3 weeks, this is the current team set-up:
TEAM MEMBERS
Ibsen's Ghost - Leader
Tlo1048 - Deputy Leader
Back2Murder - Core Member (General Modding)
Deeza - Core Member (Lore and Modding)
Llamaranger - Core Member (Models and Modding)
Insanity Sorrow - AI and Scripts Manager
Koniption - Modelling Lead
DoZeNt - Textures and Modding
Joey2k - General Modding
CONTRIBUTORS
ShadowGame - Specialist Contributor (Hist Shrines)
PhiniusMaster - Specialist Contributor (Gideon)
Favill - Contributor (Models?)
Shreddz - Contributor?
XJDHDR - Contributor?
Sachiel - Contributor (Models)
DrMcCoy - Contributor (Quests)
Eshenaleros - Contributor (VA)
The current lists are subject to change. Note that some contributors receive specific credit for the work that they do but may not be classified as full members.
Some contributors may become honorary members once a sufficient body of work has been submitted but, if infrequent attendance is recorded, the credits will restrict them to that specific piece of work rather than as a full member.
All others that you see that have made posts are currently classed as inactive and, barring the likes of 'founding members' such as KuKulZa, will eventually receive 'contributor' status if it can be ascertained that they have indeed made a significant contribution.
For example:
- KuKulZa - Ex-Leader
- Senten - Ex-Core Member
- Rickious - Ex-Contributor (although his work was excellent, not enough was, in the end, completed)
NEW RULES:- If absence continues unrecorded for more than 2 weeks, you may be removed from the team.
- A modding esp has to be submitted every month (even if this is just a single interior) in order to be classified as a full member as opposed to a contributor. That's not much to ask and takes some of the pressure (that makes things neither fun nor imaginative for the player) off myself and the team.
Finally, we would love to have everyone on board but some appear to join large projects and then just disappear. This is designed to ward off such types and encourage serious modding. Infrequent attendance is annoying and seriously affects progress on large mods such as these if those who have signed themselves up for doing something are not there when their specific skills are a high priority at crucial moments of development.
Having said that, this is unpaid and voluntary and it should be fun but please show some responsibility or, like everything, there have to be some consequences.
The rules are there to credit people with 'what they do' rather than 'what they offer'. We're not too fond of egomaniacs! They don't make good team members.
