The Cresmer strictly follow the culture of the Aldmer, I'm not sure what is known of the Aldmer culture.

The Aldmer culture would probably a high elf society on steroids, sort of like they wouldn't even look upon another race as they would view them as inferior.

That's mostly what I was thinking, I'm not sure what you meant by high elf society except on steroids, but I do agree with the part where they look upon other races as inferior.

Cresmer have a long standing dislike for the drethmer for abandoning aldmeris, the hosmer try to stay nuetral bu harbor drethmer refugees, the ulsmer hate the vesmerkaz who are incredibly loyal to the cresmer and are muscle for hire against anyone but the cresmer, they are also the russia of arms development, the senmer fears the cresmer and drethmer but finds sympathy with the ulsmer, and the ulsmer trust the drethmer and admire the cresmer, but are wary of the hosmer. Hows that?

not much on these guys

armor- most of their soldiers wear thick steel armor with electrum chain joints. Scouts, skirmishers, et c. wear simpler electrum chain. Some units have gold designs and devices inlaid on the cuirass and greaves.

Weapons: Longswords and maces are the dominant weapons. I think we could maybe get away with using the Ayelid Armory mod, if the creator gives us permission.

naval - they sail on triremes of various sizes.
