Location - The Hosmer have an intimate knowledge of survival on the
mountains on which they live, and even the youngest Hosmer tracker and
soldier know every pass and peak of the mountain range in which they
live. Anyone looking for a fast, safe path across should hire a Hosmer
guide.
Society - Naturally wary of the shrewd Cresmer, the Hosmer have
historically sympathised with the Drethmer. It is rumored that many
caves house fugitives hiding from the Cresmer. Despite this, Cresmer
merchants must rely on them for their trade missions. As do punctual
Vesmerkaz mercenaries. And any wise traveler.
Politics - The Hosmer stay decidedly neutral politically, preferring to
keep to themselves and live their way. Their population is small, and
their land easy to defend, so that's all they are willing to do. They
have a council which, since the War for Vostrever, has been established
to help maintain peace throughout Aldmeris.
Architecture - Their buildings are short and conical, with a large
central fire in each home. Designed to retain the heat but keep the
smoke out.

For the appearance I thought they could be like full size bosmer, may
with a little more yellow like skin. Normal size in comparison to the
other elves.

In my Opinion the Hosmer should fight in at least 1 major war. Perhaps
it could be a border dispute or something to that relation.

I would like to see a border dispute between the Hosmer and Cresmer.
The winner would depend on the enviroment. If the Cresmer attacked the
Hosmer in their mountains the Hosmer would win. But if the Hosmer
invaded Cresmer territory in face to face combat in flat land the the
Cresmer would win.

The cresmer have been in every war so far, just an observation, and the
chances of the hosmer defeating a cresmer army seem very slim indeed
based on current descriptions.

That doesn't seem Likely. The Ulsmer don't necessarily NEED land. They can live in the water. Perhaps the Senmer.
