Before I start, I would like to request creative control over the
cresmer and their capital city, I am becoming very attatched, but if
not oh well.
Here you go, the slightly, only slightly, exagerated description of the city of Silus, capital of the Cresmeri Dominion.
In all my days, and in all my travels, never has a sight compared to
grand Silus, its towers silhouetted against the moon. The sprawling
central plaza stretching as farther than the eye perceives, but one can
see the layers built upon the bordering courts, rising high into the
sky. Atop the plaza lie more courts, atop more courts, with towers atop
them. Paths defined by walls waist high rising from the sturdy floor.
Through the glass floors of the viewing ground, the light of the stars
barely reach the grand plaza, lit instead by hundreds of chandeliers,
the city ornamented with dark reds and greens, light blues and the
deepest of purple and soft silver. A peak rises out of the growing
city, a dome that covers the great palace and galleries of grand Silus.
As the sun grows in size as it rises over the horizon, so too shall
grand Silus.

I like how its name is very silius 
but sereiously I like discription of its coloration and you can almost
picture the materials and such that it is made plus of kinda sounds
huge too.

Yeah, its basicly large flat platforms with more flat platforms that
are smaller on top of it connected by bridges sometimes, with viewing
holes in them, and lots of pathways defined only by the walls, think
vivc, but much more lively, awsome, and open in places. Though its not
liek the cantons, an it doesn't have the balcony ways.

Great detail and nice work. Even though you almost already have control
over ALL the lore, you have my permission to assume control of the
Cresmer and Silus.

We need concept first.
In tileset format, and whole format.
I would LOVE to mod this. You get the tileset, and I'll mkae a tone of exteriorand 10+ interiors, this is my baby.
