| On the Inexistence of Aldmeris |

As
they were the most powerful of lesser spirits in the ages after the
Convention and eager to emulate what they saw, the Aldmer began
construction of their own towers. That they built more than one shows
you that they were not of one mind.
The Aldmer began to split along cultural lines, on how best to spread
creation and their parts in it. Each Tower that was built exemplified a
separate accordance.
This sundering of purpose is the myth of the "destruction of Aldmeris."
Outside of the Dawn, and even then only in the dreamtime of its
landscape, there was never a terrestrial homeland of the Elves. "Old
Ehlnofey" is a magical ideal of mixed memories of the Dawn.
Do not believe the written histories.

...I wonder why it is that people say that most sources of TES lore
lean one way, are biased, not all true, can be wrong... But the
Nu-Mantia Intercept is law.
Doesn't make sense. Besides, this's been argued before and will just piss people off.

This has been brought up many many times. That does not make it 100%
true, in this mod it is false, in some of the others it is true, this
is pointless effort to kill a project, and all the leaders of BC have
agreed we will not put up with it.

In-character, it was written by a Moth Priest with access to the Elder
Scrolls, the totally unbiased 100% factual truth. He was telling it to
the Elder Council with no intention of anyone else hearing it, and his
point was to give all information about the history behing the Oblivion
Crisis. It would be counter-productive for him to lie; it simply
wouldn't make sense. He had the truth, and had plenty of reasons to
tell exactly what he knew.
Out-of-character, MK has supported it out-of-character numerous times.
He's given an out-of-character explanation of what the Orichalc Tower
was, for example. He has basically said that this was entirely true.
But it's your project. I'm just telling you what virtually everyone
else in the lore community accepts as fact, and what just makes sense
as fact. For clarity, I have no intention of killing any of your
projects.

What is Orichalc Tower, then? I'm curious about that, I never read it.
Either way, one could argue that a moth-priest of the Empire could do well to convince the elves that Aldmeris doesn't exist.

Regardless, this will be a fine mod, and you are accomplishing very
little here, I am very familiar with th intercept, as elsweyr's main
plot revolves around, but I would apreciate if you stopped this.

The 'Aldmeris doesn't exist' kind. Believe me, I'm as big of a believer
in the Intercept as anyone. This mod's still going to happen, and it'll
still be pretty damn interesting. However, if you're just going to come
around and spout the Intercept's comments on it as if no one had ever
read it before, I feel it's safe to say that you're not much wanted
around here. If you want to LEGITIMATELY help, it'd be greatly
appreciated.
