what do you need help with?

the way I see it...

concepting, 3d modeling - 25%
landmass, city creation - 25%
NPC, factions, quests - 25%
Mainquest & expansions - 25%

so maybe first ask for help concepting and saying after an estimated 3 months concepting period, then modeling, etc. I am not sure how it is to be run but you also want to grab attention of ppeople..... make them WANT to help make the mod, not just want to play but also to help moddding...

Introduction
- needs to grab attention, make them want to help mod
- mention Beyond Cyrodiil affiliation, may grab a few more people
- mention basics of the mod and what has been concepted so fare briefly
Body
- tell about what is needed by the mod right now, currently
- tell about the vision and plans and projected deadlines
- tell about what has been done and how folks and build on it
Conclusion
- close well so the modder will be convinced
- highlight the most important points of the topic

include links to help them be directed easier... and make sure you imply that real help and not just "oh this is cool, I will download when it comes out" is useful and devoted people necessary...
