The Senmer were constantly suffering from prolonged periods of Famine due to ther limited amount of fertile land. They grew Jealous of their neighboring hosmer as they flourished with food. The Senmer requested a large area of land from the Hosmer after thouroughly explains themselves. The Hosmer, being as peace-loving as they are gladdly confirmed the selling of the land after they were done harvesting for the summer(seasons?). The Senmer couldn't wait that long, so a few months after the Senmer attempted to take the land by surprise. After about a month of tiresome traveling the senmer were at the doorstep of Hosmer territory. In the middle of the night the Senmer brutally striked bombarded the Hosmer gaurds leaving them dead cold. Unbeknowst by the Senmer, the Hosmer had expected this, and had come prepared. After about a week of nonstop war, the Senmer forces, led by Adobalos Senchim, were being deplreted due to the fact that the war was in Hosmeri territory with mountain as the enviroment. The Senmer retreated back until eventually the Hosmer stopped tracking them. During their day of peace, the Senmer came up with a plan to defeat the Hosmer. They would lore the Hosmer into the snowy regions providing the Senmer with the advantage. Win war struck again the Senmer activated their plan, though during the scuffle Adabalos Senchim was slain by the hosmer genereal Kudisilar Fahim. Once the Hosmer were in Senmer territory the Senmer had a great number of reinforcements waiting, quickly overthrowing the remaning Hosmer. The Senmer gained a large piece of fertile land in the northwest of their land.

Excellent, except, the Hosmer territory is right next to senmer territory.

But you also said, they traveled for days until they reached the hosmer land. Or something like that.

No, but a lot of them did, the battle took place EXACTLY on the northern border of the Senmer, no cities are exactly on the border. The southern army gathered others as they traveled.
