Tamriel. Not suprizeingly it's called Tamriel: Total War. Wonder what
point in Tamriel history it is about?

Holy [Mod: Censored]!!!
I actually planed on making a mod like that for RTW a long time ago!
I would prefer it if the mod was being made for Medieval 2: Total War, but still it's pretty awesome.

Wow, I might buy the game just for this. Is this mod going to be covering all of the famous battles in Tamriel's history?
I'm not familiar with these games, but does this mean you will be able
to lead an army of say Dark Elves, build Dark Elf Structures like in
the other war games, and then fight against Dwemer?
Heck, maybe we will Be able to see a Battle of Bruma worth seeing for once with actual armies.

You've never played a Total War game?!!! BUY ONE IMEDIATLY!!!
No seriously, they're good stuff.
You probably won't do much building, but there will be no shortage of
battles. The Total War games aren't that focused on building
structures, in fact the only time you can do that is while playing a
"conquer the world" type of campaign. All other gameplay modes are
based purely on battles. You have a limited budget with which to buy an
army before the battle starts. Your enemy gets the same amount of money
for his army. Once the armies are set you just unleash them on one
another and enjoy the highly detailed virtual carnage (well ok, you do
actually have to command your army)!
Edit:
I would even consider using this mod to get some cool battle footage
that could latter be used in Skyrim as a sort of cut scene. Though
that's one of the reasons why I would prefer a mod like this for
Medieval 2: Total War... much higher visual detail.

I suppose all the models they make for this mod can also be used in
MTW2 (with a bit of touching up since MTW2 uses better looking models).

Is that the cooler looking picture halfway down the page with the epic
looking chaotic battle? Yeah, I'd like it if they did that. I'd like it
if Bethesda released their own one.

Hmm I saw an Expansion Pack for Rome:Total War,it was an Megas
Alexandros one,i mean Alexander The Great.I had read the back and you
have to fight his armies or something.
My question is,Do They Say He's Greek?
a lot of Yugoslavs who today call themselves "Macedonians" are
imposters,Alexander The Great was Macedonian, but Macedonia was a state
of Greece, exactly like Sparta.Im from Thessaloniki, and the states
called MAKETHONIA,I am a "Macedonian" not them,Makethonia, which is the
real name and hometown of Megas Alexandros - Alexander The Great.
Sorry for the history lesson, just dont want you thinking Alexander was some other race.

Damn I had plans too, not really for RTW, but just plans.... I hope so
we get the war between the empire and the Dunmer, or the Dunmer-Nord
wars (including the dwemer
)

I'm from Macedonia (not the Greek province, but the Republic of
Macedonia). Just be careful, history has many faces and can be viewed
from many perspectives.

Your joking right? I thought you were New Zealender...
Tell me,do you beleive anything I'm saying? or is it all just jibberish and propaganda to you?
And I still fail to see what was wrong with anything I said,it is all true.

No, I'm not joking.
And as I said, everyone has their own truth. What you say is true to a
certain point... the same goes for anything I would say on the subject.
Anyway this is not a place for a discussion of this kind so I would suggest that we get back on topic.

I'm a general (war)history freak. I ones did a paper on Sparta and it's
fall. Did let me read an awfull lot of books about greece and all
didn't count Macedonian as Greece, but an independed kingdom. I
understand greeks would love it to have someone like Alexander to be
also greece, but it's not true in the opinion of the rest of the
world...

The rest of the world? who? FYROM?
Everyone who is educated knows Alexander The Great was Greek, like the Spartans were.

@Mormacil
You got a good education yet you dont say he's from Macedonia you say he's from Macedonian =/
And its not called Macedonia is called MAKETHONIA THAT is where he is
from and its a Greek state and STILL is,its where I come from.
In other stuff yeah you might probably own me,but with this stuff you
cannot, this is all they teach in the Greek schools and I grew up in
Greece for around two years.
@Psychotic
I have nothing against you or your nation, but your starting to talk
somewhat in riddles.I will post some facts, the thing I'm scared of you
thinking now is that this is some sort of an attack,it is not.But I
want you to know the truth.
The first president of F.Y.R.O.M, Kiro Gligorov's quotes-
"We are Slavs who came to this area in the sixth century ... we are not
descendants of the ancient Macedonians." (Foreign Information Service
Daily Report, Eastern Europe, February 26, 1992)
Do you know that flag? that sun? it is called The Sun Of Verghinia it
is an Ancient Greek war flag, each golden line from the sun representing
the gods and the elements.
You stole it and we got angry,we said change it.You repainted it Red
and Gold and kept changing it.Now you have one that.. well looks like
the Japanese flag, for those who dont know here is the Sun Of Verghinia.

Shadow, I will not continue this debate. I'm constantly forced to hear discussions like this in RL and I'm tired of it.
I will make it simple: I don't care about any of this, I don't care
about who is who, or who came from where, or who someone likes to be or
think he is.
