That looks excellent!
Once all the decisions about the Skyrim heightmap have been made and
the heightmap is under way we will need to coordinate the mutual
Highrock-Skyrim border and make it the same on both sides (for
consistency?s sake)

Sure, here's some things we'll need (some basic stuff that readily comes to mind):
1. Winter Legion armors (just make a rendition of the existing one fith
fur, maybe a cloak, something to cover the face, well, you think of
something)
2. If you can do panoramas, I could do with a couple of panoramas of The cities, I'll be getting the city plans to you shortly.
3. Think of some armors for Daggerfall/Orsinium/Wayrest.
4. Tilesets.

I'm sure yer mod is wonderful, I posted support for a Highrock Mod even
before I ever heard of you guys, but this is the wrong place to post
news threads about a specific mod... or to recruit for that mod come to
think of it. This is where issues that are common to all the mods
should be discussed.
If you have for example an inter-mod heightmap issue then post it here. Otherwise please respect this Forum.

If we had anywhere else to post it, I'm sure we'd be posting it there.

Buearocracy can be a pain at times, but there are ways to grease the wheels for those so inclined.
Naaah, I'm just kidding with you.
It's not up to me in either case, because the mod leaders have to vote
on the inclusion of a new team into the network. Please write a
presentation (incl. forum structure and what moderators you want, if
possible) and we can get the process started.
If the vote goes your way I'll move all the High Rock threads to your forum boards.
But just out of curiosity, how long did it take you to make a heightmap
of that size? Because some seem to think making a heightmap consisting
of 67 quads would be a staggering amount of work. (67 quads being close to what our southern landmass would occupy at 12x12 cell ratio compared to the TES3 mod.)
I haven't worked with heightmaps so I don't really have a point of
reference, but if I recall correctly it would just be three times as
much land as our old mod had. Sure it took work to get the old landmass
finished, but it was built by hand and with far less convenient tools
than Oblivion has. Truth is I don't know, so.
I would absolutely love to see it finally underway though, regardless of scale really.

That heightmap took a little under a week to make, it's gtill got
issues that need correcting, but yeah, a week should do it.
