Description: Create level 3, 7, 10, and 15 witches, possibly creating
different schools of magic for each level set, add a faction entry and
put up any texture claims you need for robes. Also books, spells,
weapons or other unique things are nice as well.

Sounds intresting, I might claim this, could you build on what exactly I can and what I can't do.
If any robes and such are needed I can make them, also any new books on
their coven or any other things of the sort I can make myself.
For the magic school they focus on, I always thought that alchemy
wasn't a very focused on Skill so that could be it, so prehaps to show
this maybe having all the weapons they have being posion and prehaps
some unique books on the topic written be them. Also prehaps some retex
alchemy things and so forth.
So just to be clear is this or isn't going to be a joinable faction, either way I'm happy 
Edit: I'm in the midst of writing the first book, and I just realised
that this Coven needs a name. For the moment I have used "Hindragk
Witchs" but if it is that big a deal I can change it, also I've started
on making a unique cover for the book, and I have been making a few
concepts of a "Logo" for this group of witchs at the moment I am in
favor of a ornate cauldron design. The logo will feature on any book
covers, clothing and anything else I make for the witches.

I found this link a while back...maybe some of the symbols could be of
use to you in designing the faction's logo's and art inside books or on
their tapestries and robes.

I couldn't load the page, but I don't really want it to copy anthing,
and I am now hard set on using a cauldron as a symbol.
Anyway here is the first book I have written, not so much of a book as
it is a handout, but here it is anyway. I have also included a picture
of the retex that it will use for it.

It's really just a handout telling people to drive out the imperials, I
will however write a book about the Hindragk withes written by a
member, another one written by a researcher, a few spell/recipe books
and a couple others which are at the moment undecided. The Old Ye Bard has attached this image (reduced version):

The book looks fine, the name is fine, what this is for is to have some enemies/ buisness partners for the player, hehe.
