This is a hunter's lodge which should be made using the "HouseLowerinterior01" and a trapdoor inside the lodge leading to a cave-like cellar (using the cave tileset).

The rest is up to you.

No NPC should be created for this claim, just the interior, but keep in mind a Breton occupant.

This is needed by the end of November.

I think that this is great for a first timer. Two suggestions, though. In the Cellar, on the right where you have the barrels and the fire, the sack there is named Beggars Food Bad. I don't think someone with a house would need a beggars food bag. And at the end of the water area. Its just empty there. Maybe you should but his most prized possession or something like that at the end. Otherwise, great job. Good job!
Edit: Oh yeah, the fire upstairs has no sound.

but a sugestion. In the house you have a book, I don't know what it's called, but it raises the marksmen skill. I think that in the original oblivion, there were only a few of these types of books. So that should probably go.
