(He is in Russia, so his time schedule is a bit inverted due to time
zones.) He is the head modeller for the mod. We have been looking for a
good texturer to compliment his models.
If that doesn't interest you or you'd prefer to keep things small, I do
have a request for you to consider: We'll be needing snowy castle roofs
and city walls as well.. something to think about.

Hi,
Those look great. One thing though. In the first piece the bricks
change as they go up, also slightly like that in the second picture. It
may just be a trick of the imagination but I thought I would point that
out.

Looks very good! Maybe recolor some more of the architecture to a
Bavarian look so that it looks more unique and more cold climatey. |

you... we are currently looking for people to sketch city layouts as
well.
I relaize that you are working on textures (and doing so at an amazing
speed too) so unless you enjoy that kind of work I won't ask you about
it.
What I would ask is that you keep an eye open for anyone who does enjoy

Gyssar, I think you just missed something.
This is a diligent, efficient, enthuesiastic modder who can texture and
is fast with the CS. Find him a town that needs retextures, and you can
rest at ease knowing he can handle it. Utilize the tallent that has
just shown itself.

Well, I think we can use that design, if you're willing. (Team... thoughts here?)
That would make a great landlocked town somewhere in HR, probably a
city surrounded by flatter ground. (Say somewhere in the western half
of the province? The east is pretty mountainous terrian.)
Being from Canada and raised in Ontario, I know that circular designs
were often used for landlocked settlements on gentle terrain. In fact,
there was an interesting historical note regarding that which I learned
in school.
Two towns in southwestern Ontario were planned at the same time, namely
Goderich and Guelph. The plans got mixed up. Goderich, which is on Lake
Huron, is laid out in a circular pattern. Guelph, which is inland, is
laid out in a straight line to follow a shoreline and allow for docks
and such.
Food for design thought...

ok I found this in the readme
My textures painted from scratch
Consider this a modders' resource for making new mods. I don't really
mind if any of this is used for or in other mods, but it's nice to be
asked (I rarely say no!), and please give credit to me for the textures
where it is due. These have taken me a good few hours of work and are
entirely painted by hand. Make sure to change any filenames and ID's to
avoid accidental overwrites. Please ask me before uploading it anywhere
so I can make sure the correct version is used and not an out of date
one.
So I'm guessing I should ask.

WW, if you're having trouble with the lighthouse, you might want to let
Gyssar see it. He is our 3D modelling wizard (along with Fear, who he
just brought into contact with us).
He might have ideas or assitance to offer. Gyssar is patient and
super-helpful about programs and the like, as well as hard-headed and
sensible.

Try adding some small cracks and scratches to the bricks... you could
even add a few green stretches of moss. Also a bit more discoloration
between the bricks could do a good job of making them seem more real.
