What has happened! The main core of this team has disappeared. Gyssar
hasn't come on for over a week with no warning, Braggi has come 1 time
since then and posted something about resignation in the area where the
commoners like me can't go, and I have no idea what is going on! Can
someone please give at least a little information. Thank you.

well White Wizard... all I can say to you right now is...
Gryssar is out for awhile as far as I know, Braggi will be gone for an undetermined time...
I do not think High Rock will be shut down, but I feel its not in a good situation...
what are your suggestions?
I feel that having one thing for the team to focus on, like Betony or
something can get us all focused on one thing and get something done.
The problem is that Gryssar has the esm and if we are to use the well
made heightmap of his, we need it... so either we redo everything, or
wait and conceptualize as we wait... |

To all:
Folks, a short note... as I told the core team, I will be back, but
it's gonna take a while. I have other things that have dragged me off
for the moment, but not forever. I resigned simply because I can't
carry out a core member's duties and responsibilities while otherwise
occupied. That would be unfair to the team and the mod as a whole, were
I to do so. (Sorry to be as vague as that regarding the time scheme,
but I have to for now.) Thanks for understanding. I'll be looking
forward to when I have the liberty to return. And if/when Max does show
up, make certain to get the provinical ESM shared around so that a team
member's absence doesn't cripple the mod in the future.
Regarding Betony... I just discovered I may be able to help out there.
I have kicking around my hard disk a copy of the Betony ESM (3.95 MB in
size) with no exterior buildings or anything else. (Totally forgot I
had it - sorry gang). Whoever needs it for the team, send me an e-mail
through the site and I'll get it off to you. Sadly, I don't have the
ESM for the rest of the province, but at least that is available to
keep the ball rolling.
You should also check with Hraf - he *might* have a more updated version then mine. I'm not certain on that though.
Take heart friends... HR will get finished, if you all want it to badly enough. 
When I get back, I'll hope to see it still active and kicking, even if it is at a reduced rate.
White Wizard: My resignation is not due to problems with the
team, the mod or anyone on the board here. It is for a good, sound
reason seperate from the TES community. I regret deeply that my
resignation has caused a fuss or any worry... that was never my
intention. I would like to say that I think highly of the
contributions you have made to High Rock so far. Please keep doing so!
In the mean time, have a look at Ku's question to you... what would you
suggest for the mod?

Why not do it all?
Focus on Betony as the most developed area immediately available, redo
the heightmap at your liesure in case Gyssar's copy/ies have been
destroyed (and maybe with your extra time and experience working with
TES4 you will create a better one?) and continue working up the
factions that you have been so ably presenting and fill in the gaps in
the 1,000 and 1 other drawings, painting, models, quest concepts and
ideas that you are going to need to do Betony, let alone the entire map.

Precise planning of cities and making interiors is a good way to go I
think. Skyrim has been working on interiors and city exteriors (in a
separate worldspace) without a heightmap for a long time and it has
proven to be a good way to keep things rolling.
Conceptual work can also be done, but good ideas can not be forced, so simple modding work might be the best choice.
I hope it all works out for the best.

are still here, i'm sure that High Rock will get it's share of
problems... but it will get through them

my english isn't as great as yours but what I meant was I ignore the
insulting or witty or whatever its called. The point that matters is
what I listen to. Since again you misunderstand me, plus you tend to
have a negative tone in my opinion. So I zone out what I don't need and

The only projects here that have retained their original leaders is
Silgrad, Vvardenfell and High Rock (if you count in that Akavir lost
their original leaders before becoming part of BC). The important thing
to remember is that all but one?
BC project has been brought back through new leadership. Things change,
not just for teenagers where half a year is an eternity but for oldies
like me too. Though not very often 
Change isn't always bad, nor is it a sign that the team is weak or the
teammembers are weak -- usually, it is a sign that the focus of the
leader's life has changed.
? Summerset Isles was never a part of Beyond Cyrodiil and went the way I half-expected from the start it would

I think that my parents don't really seem to care any more, it's like they forgot about it, so I probably will be staying!!!
But still, can't be sure.
