Allright everyone, I am, as of now, officially back with the team.

It's been a hectic half year for me, but I'm all well now and I have finally manged to get my workspace up and running (new PC, new monitor, net connection) after I moved to the new place.

I AM a bit disappointed though, I thought this mod (and it's team) would be able to go on wothout me, that my contribution to it was minor. Turns out I was wrong...

Hoping to see a little bit more activity in here from now on.

If anyone from the core needs the LATEST Betony ESM, just holler.

Welcome back :) I hope to contribute something when this is up and running. At this point I'm drawing a set of Breton weaponry for a contest for Oblivion Expended. Maybe you can use them too, if Septim741 and his modeller let you Wink AH well all luck with leading again.

The mod leader is like a brain, it's the most vital organ, not just for survival, but also for making important decisions, take it away and the rest dies.
This mod has been more or less braindead since you left, I hope it's not to late for the mod.
The contribution of a mod leader is never minor, it's always HUGE, the leader's most important contribution is to keep the mod alife, the team motivated, and the momentum of the mod going.
Once momentum is lost, it will be very difficult to get it going again (ask any other mod leader, they will tell you the same thing).
Please don't blame your team members for anything, it's the mod leader who's responsible in the end.

I do hope to see some more activity in the Highrock forums, because I have not seen much activity since you returned, maybe you should e-mail or PM your team members to bring them back.
Gyssar, what will you do if the mod dies? Will you release the models you have as a modders resource? I dunno

imho, the core you left behing just had too much else to handle (many of them were in different cores) to cary on opperation. if a dedicated core is present the mod leader can mean next to nothing, but that is a stage wich takes a lot of time and effort to get to.

To Kodama: don't get me wrong, I wasn't blaming anyone, I was merely pointing out that I misgudged the repercussions of my abscence, besides, I fully understand that I left the mod when I was most needed (just when we began picking up speed), I just never thought it would stagnate like it did.

If it dies I shall release all accumulated content to the public.

Gryssar, I am bearing the heavy but enjoyable burden of two mods, I will discuss with you if you are on the msn, and try to help... but it will be soo much harder now... lots has happened since you're gone, and I am now not leader of one but two mods... there's been trouble and jubilations, hope plenty jubilations for High Rock to come... Good job!

Gyssar, how many active team members are left?
You might want to get some new modders on your team, it will be hard to find them though.
A lot of PR on other forums would be good.

And make sure to post often so people can see that you are actively working on the mod, this could help a lot.

Well, Ku is willing to help and Hraf has resumed activity today, so that makes 3 (including myself) so far.

DA, WW and Braggi are pending, haven't heard from them yet

honestly mang, this thing is what I would call braindead. spend long enough in a comma and you cant recover. there is simply not enough interest in this to keep it going, as witnesed by the fact that nothing was done while you were away.
