Hi Deeza!
Could I please ask you to read and use the posting guide in the announcement "Using the Lore Discussion Forum"?
Please title your threads accordingly when you start a new one or we
wont be able to keep track of things. I will re-title you two posts
this time around, however any future ones will have to be removed if
not titled correctly.
Thanks.
Now on to Lore business.
Regarding your Lore creatures, we have given a number of these a lot of
though. Just to get you up to speed - I own and still play TES2
Daggerfall (it is installed on a legacy computer right next to my up to
date one).
So lets cover these one at a time:
1. Werewolves and werboars: we are considering these. I know a
werewolf mod for Oblivion exists, it would simply be a matter of
contacting the creator and getting permission
2. Spriggans: We can use the vanilla version so that is fine.
3. Spiders: Yup, we are including these. (Dont forget giant scorpions as well.)
4. Centaurs: These could be problematic in terms of animations.
If they could be done, great, however, I am wondering just how easy it
would be to get one up and running in OB? Horses can be a frame rate
hog, so I'm hoping something could be done to simplify the amount of
animated parts on the creature to preserve game speed.
5. Harpies: Already on the list. I have not yet had a chance to
post the creatures development thread in the claims area, but that is
next in line. We actually have a base mod to work from which creates a
winged female imp. It will need re-texturing, a little skeleton work
for the nif file and sounds.
As for the rest of the TES2 Menagerie, we have also got a line on a
flesh antronach, and will need to develop a stone and iron antronach as
well. Most of these items will be covered in the creature post, so have
a look there once it is up. This post has been edited 11 time(s), it was last edited by Braggi: 2008.08.20 02:48.

Not the elemetal based Atronachs as such.
If I remember correctly we were discussing, in fact, constructs (golems).

I stand corrected!
We did settle on the name "construct" to avoid confusion since the
concept of what an "antronach" is has evolved considerably from its
first appearance in TES2.
Thank you for the reminder!
