Just to let folks know, we have hit a development snag for the next couple of days. Gyssarsent me the following via PM:
"...I was net-dead since Friday. A major prime wholesale ISP's (of
which there aret only 2 in Russia) physical line was severed somewhere
near Bristol, so about 70% of Russian subscribers were effectively left
without a euro/US gateway. The ISP promises to remedy the situation by
the middle of the week."
This means we'll have to hold off on having the design meeting to
solidify the claims section until mid-week. Feel free in the mean time
to poke around and post to the forums. We can alsways use more Lore and
concept art in preparation and things are moving along nicely in those
areas.
Thanks in advance for your patience folks.

Thanks for the post. It completely slipped my mind as to notify the
community (Do'h, I'm doing this from work, so I gotta do it nice and
quite, and I'm slightly on edge).
So yeah.

A quick update...
Just wanted to let folks know that Gyssar's home internet connection is
still down. I spoke to him yesterday (his time)/last night(my time) and
he has been busy with 3D modeling on new armor (amongst other things).
You can see his latest work in the Visual Discussions forum.
In the mean time, we are waiting patiently for his internet service to
be restored. He can only grab a moment here or there from work to drop
in and post an occasional comment, so please bear with us until
everything gets back to normal once more.
In the mean time, we can use all the help folks are willing to offer in the Lore Forums.
So far, even with Gyssar's absence, we are on track for what we want to
do. The additional planning and set up that we wanted to accomplish
through them is coming along very nicely. New areas for discussion
include:
- minor quest suggestions
- naming parts of the provincial geography that have no Lore, (Thanks go to Tabber and Deeza for giving some good ideas here).
- discussing new books to examine the various map-related and political issues we will see in the mod
We can also use any creative ideas people are willing to offer concerning:
- the main cities for the province
- concept art on just about anything concerning the mod in the Visual Discussions forum. (Thanks to Lady N for posting her inspiration thread there, too!)
- existing resources we can use in the mod (post them to the Suggestion Threadde here, if you could). Thanks go to Deeza and LadyN for excellent resource suggestions.
We'll keep you posted. Thanks for the patience, one and all!
