There is a complete set of music for every situation - dungeon
exploration, cities, wilderness music, creepy night music with wolves
howling... the quality is incredible and they are really atmospheric.
Even better, they are all arrangements of the original music from TES2!!!
But best of all, he's willing to allow people to use his music in
Oblivion mods, and has a forum in which we can contact him to arrange
this.
I think this is too good an opportunity to ignore!
What does everyone else think?

This is exactly the sort of thing Gyssar and I hoping to find during a
planning meeting over month back. I'm off to check out the site and see
what the site maintainer has to say. Thank you very, very VERY much!!!
P.S.: Congratulations on having an excellent post to start off the sound forums with - bravo!
As an update let me explain just how much of a major favor you just did us.
Robert Hood did an arrangement called Treading Winter which we had
secured permission to use in the original mod. (Download it from his
site, to get an idea of the music.) One of our dearest hopes was to
locate him again and ask permission to use it and any other works he
might be willing to share in the new mod. You just sped the project up
incredibly by finding that one site link.
