Book Discussion The Cartography of Politics II - Orsinium Reply to this Post Post Reply with Quote Edit/Delete Posts Report Post to a Moderator       IP Information Go to the top of this page

This is the first draft of the second in my "Cartography of Politics" series. Superficially about why the Empire has still not granted Orsinium full Province status, the way it turned out (which I wasn't expecting) this actually tells you much more about how the Empire has tried to whitewash its historical role in the mistreatment of orcs, as well as its quiet acceptance of slavery in Morrowind.

I suspect this one may need a fair bit more work before its ready, and may not be up to the standard set by Volume one I'm afraid. Still, it's a start. Please read it and tell me what you think.

BTW do you think we should set up a new literature folder to put books that are under discussion in?

I have downloaded this file but due to a heavy schedule (I have friends from across the continent visiting until Tuesday upcoming) I will not be able to give this thorough going over it deserves right away. Once I do, it will be a snap to get this finalized and then into the CS.

Thank you for the fast and (no doubt) excellent writing work!

Good job!

As far as the Literature Folder goes, that will be covered in the Claims Forums to help us keep track. Both your C.o.P. books will go there with other finished items. We are just now finalizing the directory structure, since Gyssar is back online again. He has given me guidelines to post for it, in the announcements area of that forum - please bear with us while we get that section up and running properly.

:D

Will do.

BTW, I have another volume of C.o.P. (good shorthand for it you did there) half-finished. Should get it up in a day or two.

Thank you very much for your patience.

Having read this over now, I can say hands-down that I like what you've written. There's nothing here so far that I think needs questioning or changing.

You do excellent work!

Good job!
