This is something you should definitely go right to town on. Farmhouses
will be very useful and we're going to need a lot of them given the
terrain of the province.
A question... do you have something in mind for a rustic
cottage/hunting lodge as well? If you look at the northern Eltheric
Coast on the prototype height map, there is a lot of very hilly terrain
near Farrun that won't permit larger settlements. So, individual
cottages and smaller lodges would be more likely to occur.
Great concept work!

Excellent work TYOB.
Couple of design questions here:
1. Would it be possible to create a version of this with double
doors up on the second floor? I grew up a farm boy and the doors are
how the farmers store hay and straw in the upper level of the barn for
stable bedding and livestock feed.
2. In addition to that, any possibility of a simple rope pulley
anchored near the roof peak, above the doors? Before electric or
gasoline engines, such a pulley was an absolute necessity for getting
sheaves into the barn - far less effort then pitching the stuff in by
hand using a pitch fork. (I've done both and that second method is a
back breaker!
) If it would add to great a poly load when added in to al the other
items in a cell, I can certainly understand if you leave this idea out
though.
Thanks for the great work!

While it may not seem like it, the first one is a lot of work, and
would require me to remodel the entire Barn, which as you'd imagine I'm
not the most keen on doing, and that sort of voids the second request.
The time spent doing it, I could have finished both the other building
concepts in this thread -it comes down to practicality, going back to
change things slows down the momentum I've built up on making stuff for
this mod, and right now what you guys need is a quantity of models,
seeing as you have a sparce amount atm.

Excellent points.
Something occurred to me as I was reading your reply, that might be both workable and believable.
I'm not asking you to do this, as an aside, just putting the idea out
for consideration. If it is not simple or easily implemented, please do
scrap it.
What if the actual stained glass were the haymow door? In other words,
would it be a major effort to add a simple set of hinges and a door
handle or catch to the existing static? These would not need to be
fancy, nor would they have to be functional - just for appearance and
believability.
