Metaphysical Law
By Professor Eltaris Nenalata of the Imperial University
We thank the teachers of Love and God, masters such as Vehk and Maruhk, without whom, these laws would not be known.
The Metaphysics of AE and O aren't merely myth,
they are what define the limitations of the Godhead. They exist before
even Anu and Padomay exist, and well after into, and after the
infinite, they are the laws of existence; even Vehk knows this is truth
(though these laws may be leapt over, in the case of Kalpa jumping, but
AE corrects this, as seen in the case with Dagon).
Time is the physical (as in appearing as a Force, not within the physical Boundaries of Space) embodiment of AE (the eventuality of the possibility), Space is the eventual response to AE, forming from O,
the illusion is sequencality to mortals, when they can't realise the
loss of linearity during a period of chaos, as when the Godhead becomes
whole (the fusing of Space and Time, Lorkhan and Akatosh, when the
Dragon Breaks, and the First Mortal Wakes again).
AE is law; everything will eventually happen. Time is born of this, in response to Space dynamically being created parallel.
O is law; everything will eventually be. Space is born of this, in response to Time dynamically being created parallel.
These are not illusions, these are Metaphysical fact, the Godhead is
merely a description of the sentient One and All that is governed by
these rules and interprets them to mortal perspective, those who become
One with the Godhead then can also interpret these laws, but they
cannot be undone (if you were to try and undo space, time would also
collapse, and everything would Zero Sum and O would be achieved, which AE would eventually split, and recreate the universe, for it is an infinite law of existence).
The Universe at base value, both the end, and before it is reset by AE, is the value of O. This O,
is an infinite amount of nothing, it is not empty space, because there
is nothing else to compare it to, it is without character, it is the Grey Nothing the ultimate Zero Sum. AE eventually splits this Grey Nothing into a Duality of Polar Opposites, in Cyrodiilic, Anu and Padomay; AE being the eventual possibility of every single outcome, which is not to be confused with Time.
Once O has been split into Anu and Padomay,
the universe quickly begins to take shape, with the Void and Aetherius
forming, the void being pure Space with little time, and Aetherius
being pure Time with little space. These two [places] then form
Akatosh, and Lorkhan, further aspects of O and AE.
Akatosh and Lorkhan then create Mundus with the rest of the Aedric
Spirits (those willing to create it), and at the same time, an opposite
realm of Creation is made, called Oblivion. Lorkhan is then killed,
either by sacrifice, or as punishment, as at the same time Jyggalag is
(Lorkhans daedric opposite), which cements Time and Space together for
the first time in this Kalpa [equally] within one combined inner and
outer sphere.
This period of reasonable stability is known as the Grey Maybe, where all forces are equally against each other (unlike the Grey Nothing, where all forces are equally not doing anything, creating stability). After this period, which is infinite, AE’s possibility then pulls the Grey Maybe either forward, or backward to the Grey Nothing, until it reaches the value of O
(this pull/push also affects the outer levels of existence, including
Oblivion, Aetherius, and the Void, until all is but a constant nothing,
O).
