The Lich who wanted a Summer Holiday

It all happend on a hot Summer's day. Unusual for Highrock. Not that it being day time, or Summer, was unusual, that's pretty normal, atleast for one-eighth of the year. No, I'm talking about it being hot.
It was a scortching heat that made your skin burn and itch -something I've only ever felt while in Hammerfell- but this wasn't Hammerfell, this was a Summer's Day in North Point. To give you an idea of the climate here, we get heavy snows in the winter, occasionally so much ice gathers at the docks, ships begin to be squashed; beggers routinely die due to the cold, even the poor with thinner walls often are found in their homes dead from the frost.
This is not a part of Tamriel you'd expect to be burnt by the Sight of Magnus, but this is a part of Tamriel where liches are like a plague, and this is the story of one who happened to be sick of feeling cold.
