Well I was playing my favorite game of Oblivion on some much needed
free time. I decided to play my most favorite morbid quest of the
game... THE DARK BROTHERHOOD QUEST 'Whodunit?'!!!
Anways, to the point, there is a woman in that house; Matilde Petit, a
member of the Petit Family, a very ancient and influential noble family
of high rock (according to her of course). They have also apparently
squandered all their gold amongst themselves and probably aren't the
'best of pals' with each other (more likely at each other's throats).
Not only would this be interesting, to have a huge family like this, in
various levels of society (from higher aristocracy, to petty nobles and
commoners), but it would also be a source of humorous quest lines.
What are your thoughts on this?

Excellent point about size. A lot of their gold is squandered, so they
wouldn't be too wealthy, but still maintain status as upper class
citizens etc etc.
And I like workin them in w/ Wayrest 
, add some little quests in there (involving the backstabbing for personal gain
), should be fun
