You were somewhere on the right track with that swimming idea. Me and a
friend of mine had brainstormed a cave. It would be a water cave which
would obviously be the Frost elemental cave. The boss of the cave would
be a gigantic slaughterfish set to 10X the size or resized in 3ds if
necissary. I have not begun any construction of the cave though yet.
But when you get a chance, load up the mod in Oblivion and do a quick run through so you get can a true feel of it.

dude, the dungeon part that I might make Velothi Style is a portal to
another dimension...how could it be the origin of Indoril Architecture |

raggidman: I would have thought my Indoril building would have been a starting point for Indoril architecture
But anyway. Your ideas for food are solid, but hard to pull off without
new models I think. There aren't any flying creatures in Oblivion for
instance, so even though bats would be pretty cool I fear we won't see
creatures of their ilk coming out on the mod scene.

Well I had forgotten about an issue with my esp. When I duplicated the
Inn of Ill Omen cell I somehow messed something up and it screwed up
something to do with Rufio so somebody is gonna have to fix it cuz I
dont know how.
I've changed all the ID's and now I just need to know how to get it
into Reich Parkeep, or if I should just continue working on it as it is.

Perhaps this wiki tutorial could be of interest?
I hope sandor won't bite my head off for saying this, but yes I think
you can go ahead and make your plugin dependant on Reich_Parkeep.esm,
to get access to the Velothi tileset and other 'goodies' we have
created. As for the entrance to Kedal I'm open to discussing the
details; we can do it with a Velothi building like I suggested, or we
can add a cave entrance somewhere. There's a hill in the city that's
unused and might work well if that idea appeals more than a Velothi
building.
Would you like a forum board for Kedal? Where you could organize claims
and hold discussions about the city and things of that nature.

I strongly recommend to clean the esp before (it's possible that you
can't clean the file later on) you continue as there are contaminations
related to other worldspaces etc. Contaminated esp's can't be merged.

I deleted everything that was altered compared to the Oblivion esm.
Check the ID's for spells and the keys etc.
