Haha, well that's my opening joke. I'm here to join the team. I'm an
experianced texturer and writer. So just tell me where I'm needed and
I'll be happy to assist.

First time I heard that phrase I was a female wood elf and I thought
the Nord was trying to hit one me... *reaches for sword of white woe* |

Alright, I think that polar bear fur could provide a good base for the
Wendigo fur, we could mix in some clumps of clotted blood too. As for
the font, I have it now but I don't know how to install it so that it's
readable.

The first time I heard that, I was a Dunmer and the lady who said it
was already somewhat unpleasant in disposition. I interpretted it as a
racial slur and about wanted to give her a good beating! Instead, I
turned and left the room, because I hadn't really needed to talk with
her anyway. |

Welcome to our little community in the snow. We will be soon in dire
need of a texturer. For example we need banners for Riften and the
other Holds, shield emblems for the guards and Household troops, ice
goblins, a white stag, other kinds of deer for the high mountains,
retextured plants, textures for books, runes, celtic inspired tatooes,
retextured weapons...lots of stuff.

For the white stag I would suggest simply recoloring the deer that will
be in oblivion. That would be the easiest I think (a snap with
photoshop I know.. hehe).

Yeah, the deer will be easy, the Wendigo might be a little harder. Am I the only texturer so far?

I think Galrina mentioned, that she will do some retextures too, not
sure though. Quentin is the "texture man" for ST and now 91.css joined
the club. But I guess they will be busy with doing all the Morrowind
stuff, which is a lot of work. Do you have experience with all this new
mapping stuff (bump maps, normal maps...)?

No, the only game I've done textures for is Morrowind, but I learn quickly so it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Galrina has done a lot of retex work and is quite capable with pshop
and illistrator so that makes 2 of you doing texures ...
but her main focus will be terrain building.

Err.. I did a lot of retex for MW.. the jury's still out on whether my
tex collection will be usable with OB. Should be though.. if 3ds max 7
is compatible.
