The Dark Brotherhood in Skyrim |
|
How about a Dark Brotherhood base in Skyrim. The Dark Brotherhood
members would wear a white version of regular Dark Brotherhood armor.
Accept the white version would have a white scarf around the face. And
the Dark Brotherhood members would be equipped with stalhrim shurikens.
On top of the base would be Dark Brotherhood archers with Daedric
longbows |

a thought to consider is all I am gonna say about that so much to plot
and plan some things will just have to wait till we get things caught
up in the planing stages.

I know already know they won't come with Oblivion. It is always possible that they could be made but might be difficult.

I know there will be Dark Brotherhood in OB, I've seen the artwork for
their new armor. I'm sure they will have some call to show their evil
faces in Skyrim; political intrique is an eternal problem. However I
don't see building them into the mod as yet Personally I would suggest
waiting to see how they are going to appear in Oblivion. Bethesda may
have some surprises for us there.

Basically Stalhrim was only used for burials on Solstheim when a Nord
couldn't be brought back to Skyrim for a proper burial, so they put him
in magical ice. |

actualy there is so little stahlrim that was available I dont see the
dark brotherhood or anyone else for that matter to waste such a
prescious material in making throwing weapons of any type. |
Thank you for clearing that up.

The Dark Brotherhood might try to get a foothold on Skyrim. But Nords
are the native there correct? And I see nords as happy to kill a man
with good reason, but there's no point unless you do it yourself.
The Brotherhood would be out of work, there's no reason for them to sustain a branch out there.

funny....
DBhood is no good in Morrowind where if they get too ambitious the Morag Tong gets them
no good in Argonia cause... I mean are you gonna do there? kill a crocodile or an argonian tribesman?
not much good in Skyrim cause Nords aren't the type to be lazy and have someone else kill someone for them
Cyrodiilic "civilized" society seems to me to be simply lazy

Some Nords might not have the brains to do some assassinations properly.

There will not be a Dark Brotherhood guild in Skyrim as such. The Nords
would rather kill those sneaky elves than deal with them any other way.
Sorry.. but that's the final word on it.
Hopefully we can come up with some factions that are a little more
original than Dark Brotherhood. We'll have to work with the other mods
to make sure any factions we add or add to will mesh with theirs. Of
course we're still waiting on Bethsoft releasing some much needed tools
too.

DB in Skyrim - only over my dead body (and a lot of others too as I understand)

Wow this is a pretty old thread, but there are currently no plans to
have the DB feature in any playable form in Skyrim. However from a lore
perspective, I can't see why the DB wouldn't at the very least want to
move into Skyrim. They were
moving in on the Cammona Tong's turf in Morrowind IIRC, and if they
were paid enough, I'm sure they'd send an assassin to just about
anywhere. |
