I've noticed that of late we've had much fewer people active on our
boards, and even fewer people joining up. Just about everyone that does
anything is in one of the cores
Also, our Official Forums thread is nearing the post limit.
We really need to be more aggressive, expand our PR Campaign beyond the
Official Forums, make sure we invite anyone that says they think our
mod is cool/are interested/would help they could mod, over to our
boards, we should also try comming up with ways for the general mod
community to get involved with our project without actually joining,
kind of like what I suggested as A Fun Promo Idea , maybe have concept art competitions or something?
Lets start off by compiling a list of ES Forums that we should try and get WIP threads on.
I can think of off the top of my head:
-Official Forums (duh)
-PES
-TES
-Canadian Ice and Howndawg's Place
-Psychodog Forums
Also, maybe we should get someone else on PR to help Smokey out since we're expanding the workload.

If anything we have been having more members joining, in the last 2
weeks we have had a total of about 3-5 new posters on our boards which
is a lot more then other BC projects. We should really be putting all
our efforts at the moment in things like HG, new quests and other
internal things.

Thanks for the links -Sulan-.
@ TOYB: of the 4 new people, Richard is the only one that mods. Also,
we could really use more modellers and texturers. I could throw up some
claims real easy. |

It's not your place to put up new visual claims, and you still haven't
caught onto the fact there is 5+ modelers working on new architecture
for me via PM, which I have said many times.
Also we don't really need any new world modders att the moment as there
isn't any more exterior claims, and we still don't have a HM. What we
do need is some more book writers (I have also PMed a fw people over
this, 2 are going to write whole series once they are finished with
other projects).

I thought it was my place if it was within the Pale... and if its not
my place than it really isn't your place either, seeing as how Psych is
in charge of Visual Dev
Also we need miscellaneous stuff that's just up for claiming, supposing
some texture artist is lurking around our boards, if he sees a texture
claim, he might come out of the shadows. |

We already have a modeler working on pale stuff and we still have a lot of texture claims up for grabs.

I think it's a good idea. I really haven't been much of a PR person because of school so thanks Sieg

I have to agree, new people often come with ideas, and they gunned down
in a second (usually by you, TOYB), and they never come back. We need
more texture/model claims on other oblivion boards, that is what I
reckon. Regardless of how many more people we may have than other BC
projects, it is always good to have another texturer or another
modeller. |

Once the new master comes out I could easily put up claims for the
lower class area of Riften, they would be perfect for any new modder. |

You can never have too many members. Some only want to do a claim or
two, some prefer to stick around, either way things are getting done.
Releasing HG itself will be great PR (let's be honest, people like
[REL] threads), but until then posting a few threads around most of the
TES related forums will help.
I'll be back with some ideas later.
