I'm proposing a retexture of ingame armor or possibly new armor specifically for the snow, that would still look rough, like a leather or DB armor, but predominantly white but not perfect. I'm probably going to do something relating to it in my concept art thread, but it just kind of occured to me that nothing in oblivion really blends all that well at all with the environment.

I think that this should really only pertain to light armor. It could be as simple as some rough, painted on looking strips on some leather armor.

What do you all think?

It's been talked about before, just no one has ever got around to doing it. If you did a concept of some, I'm sure it will inspire someone to do the work Yes
