what would you like from me befoure the next release?

I was thinking that chainmail would better suite the guards. I could whip up a nice mesh for that fairly quick and put the crests on them.

So apparently it work the first time, and I was actually walking the WRONG way, haha. From the map, it seems as if I walked southeast up very steep mountains. Then I sent myself back to Riften and walked Northeast...Now I know everything is west. :D But I checked everything out, very cool stuff. Vernim Wood is very cool, LOVE the redwood forests. First time I've actually played anything for Skyrim and I've been lurking around here for 2 years, haha. Exciting.

that's rather good work.... but, your russian competitors looks better now... ALL models in their Skyrim are unigue, they also have tons of new creatures, detalized cities, guilds,quests, and cool mainquest... I can past some screenshots, but there is no reson to past weblink...

We have Russian competitors? This is news to me... :D

People from non-english speaking countries are always better at large mods, it's just the way things work.

Do you mean this site: http://www.skyrim.org.ru/? Everything there I can see is from vanilla oblivion, and none of their screenshots show any NPC's at all. Or maybe there are multiple Russian mod groups working on Skyrim...

Ok, I'm pretty sure this is missing loads of models and stuff, but it should have a more up to date ESM file than the current alpha. I'm not sure if it has critters in it, they may be in an esp I still have to merge. The good news is that my upload speed here at uni is much better than it is at home, so uploading is much easier. I could also try uploading from the Computer Science department itself, because they have stupidly fast internet. If I uploaded from there it would probably take less than 15 minutes. :)

I must have done something wrong. I downloaded and installed all the files and I have the load order correct, but I can't find any added content. Is there a missing .esp or something that I need?
