Well if you believe what's been posted on The Elder Scrolls board
recently by respected members of the modding community it is.
http://www.elderscrolls.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=156578&view=findpost&p=2714017
I'm not trying to play the devil's advocate but I thought it might just interest some folks here.
I have just completed my first mod and it's being reviewed and
playtested now. After it is released I will take a claim as promised
(work schedule permitting).
Please tell me that all the great work that went into this project
isn't going to be tossed out in favor of the Oblivion CS. That would be
a huge waste, nay a crime against all the human effort that's been put
into this project.
Regards,
Athame

It won't be, I believe that it was decided that we were going to finish
Morrowind in the NetImmerse engine? And don't listen to people on the
ES forums, I got a 25% 'warn ranking' for screaming at someone who was
whining that Tamriel Rebuilt would never be finished...

Well, it certainly isn't very good publicity for anyone not familiar with TR at any rate.

The province of Morrowind will be finished for the Morrowind game, even
if it's finished five years after Oblivion has been released. (Beside,
I'll need this time anyway to get a machine able to run Oblivion
smoothly. My Morrowind CDs are not ready yet to gather dust again!)
The next provinces done by TR will probably be made with Oblivion's TESCS, but Morrowind's for Morrowind.
I don't get where they've heard that the TR team was considering
using Oblivion for Morrowind. The only persons I've ever said that are
those who are not members of TR. They've probably got TR and ST
confused...

No it isn't but all they do is whine. I am sure that only a small
fraction of the people there have ever even opened the CS, much less
created a mod. They don't understand the time that it takes, and all of
the detail that goes into creating an ES world. I would personally
suggest that we (once complete detailing Map 1) release it to places
such as Fileplanet, call it a beta, and let that to satiate them for a
while. And we could get a few good modders out of the deal.

Pay no mind to that delusional moron Razorwing or any of the other ESF
knuckle draggers. This has happened in the past. Recruiting for and
discussion of TR on the official forums is advised against because it
sparks situations like this.

Hahah! We're always "questioned" by "respected members of the modding
community" because they can't accept that we're pulling a huge project
and doing it ten times better than all of them. Ignore what they say
about Tamriel Rebuilt.

I have never said this word in my life. But this thing about razorwing
has gone too far. I must say it. I may be kicked from my tribe, but
this is the best word i have to describe those idiots at all those
other projects dissing us.
THEY ARE FUCKERS!!!
May my gods and chief forgive me.
As for the engine for TES, it would be really good if the whole
project was done used with the TES3 engine, and completely merged as
one esm. That would be awesome.

Furthering the spread of false information about us will result in a
ban from our. Actually it already resulted in Razorwing being banned.

Just remember people, it isn't normal behaviour for Razorwing, a 30-odd-year-old man with a child of his own
to be running around on the net, trying to ridicule game modifications
made by people over a decade younger than them. Hopefully by that age
you would have moved on
to something more sensible, like paying your mortgage or getting your
kid into a good college. OBVIOUSLY THAT HASN'T DAWNED ON RAZORWING YET.
No, he prefers to spend all day writing huge messages on his forum to
absolutely no audience, discussing the 'next step' for a piecemeal mod that was never finished anyway.
No, he prefers to go to ESF and bitch about us like young girls do
about boys. When he was banned, he made another thread at ESF,
containing a rant about why he was banned from Tamriel Rebuilt. I'll
tell you why he was banned - he's been a constant pain in the arse.
Nobody likes him here; in fact, most people hate him. So I hope you'll
join me in a great big tribute to him and his cause:

Veronen, if you weren't a guy, I'd marry you. ^_^
Also, ESF seems to have deleted his folly threads. Well, better is.
