If no one minds, I have a concept of the spore abberation

This version obviously has taken some ole fashioned swamp weathering: soiled flesh, rooted marshweeds, and missing.. everything. This spore backpacks it's wound, which ignites under chemical conversions of nitric oxide to nitroglycerin (ka-pow).

You'll soon come to realize I'm an absolute jerk for book and lore connectivity, as I've got a a few questions for how and where these things come about.

Who creates the abberations? Is it necromancers, argonian shamans, or the Sload? I'd assume the Sload over others, as I hear they are the pinnacle of sustaining corpses in the most unlikely conditions (eg- black marsh).
Also, are these things called abberations by the locals, or is that an imperial given name? If so, what do the natives call them?
If you got any more info about these things, I'd love to know, since it helps to learn more on these horrid creations

two other creatures, one tall, one stubby.
The tall one has developed like a giraffe, feeding on specific lycans and moss on the above branches and vines. The shorter one, more specificly, it's eyes are that in relation to a crab's eyes

well, that all depends.. Where specificly on Nirn would they be found? Souther-most Morrowind (from there on, S.east or S.west) or western/eastern Black Marsh?

Right between them actually, the island is east of the border of black Marsh/Morrowind.

I believe I put a map in the Island Itself thread, but I'm not sure

Concepts

I have 4 completed concept sketches but I am having trouble getting them to scan well - all are done in black ink but scan a faint gray.

Am I missing out on some trade secret or is my scanner just trash?

my thing used to do that...

make sure its a dar solid pen-ink black lines
make sure your scanner is good... thats a tough one to correct
if you have a good image-editing program you can carefully make the lines more defined and darker

that's what I have observed and followed since I had the same issue

Terrible Hunter Concept/ Other stuff

Just letting you all know I'm alive. Got several drawings done, but like I said they're getting a little lost in translation. This is a hunter aberration. It's pretty washed-out; I'm planning to color it somehow and that should improve matters, although seeing as it was drawn in a planner it may be better just to redo it on normal human paper.
