I dunno but I think it is a good idea...
perhaps a heavily modified levitation effect....
well it'll be cool... not a huge fan of Valenwood, but I'd visit it just to be able to be a were-vulture!

I dunno.... if they are all like Fargoth then I don't like them so
much... but I am sure there will be somethings about them that I really
like... just not a big fan of elves... except Dunmer and orc |

no... no elves... they came in and killed or enslaved aboriginal peoples... and then men....
anyhow, back to were-vultures....
should be able to turn into one? or just fight them?

Be able to turn into one of them, but do they *have* to be able to fly?

no, that's why levitation would wor right?
they'd be up in the trees... and then silently hover close to you, land, then peck you to death! (reminds me of cliff-racers)
and since levitation loos more like hovering... it works since vultures
soar and hover, they don't flap around so much... they kinda glide/soar

Maybe a slowfall thingy would work. Only on exterior cells though, so
you can't survive falling into one of those crevices in a cave.

Turning into one of them could cause issues. Puting them in our mod
sounds like a good idea though. When we have them in, and they work
properly, then we can discuss wether to make a disease or not.

There are mods that have created slowfall spells. I'm not sure how to answer your question though.
