Has anyone any clue how to stop a book merchant selling ALL the books in his house?
The reason I ask is because this chap is a writer himself and so has
his own little book collection and a few of his own (uncomplete)
writings. He currently offers me every book in the house to buy even
his own work and while he will have a few texts of his own for sale I
dont want him to offer up the incomplete stuff.

Well, what happens if you mark that the book in question belongs to
someone else? Will it mess with someething, because a theft is a theft
so it doesn't matter there.

I was thinking about something like that but as its just an interior
I'm not to sure about who I would give ownership to - some guard in the
imperial city? If only he had a wife

If only there was a box I could tick "Non transferable"
He doesnt sell scrolls that are in his home so perhaps I could move the
texts onto them instead, bits of paper etc. That would give them an
unfinished look anyway

Try making it so that he only sells the books that you put into his merchant container, this is how it goes I think.

Ok I think this is all done
Took me a while to get this complete, hopefully the AI, dialogue and
everything is ok as I'm still quite new to that but I really quite like
my interior. It also includes two new books which I hope are ok.

I will try to test this soon, first day back in school so it's hectic.
But it wont stay like that for long, two more days I suspect until I
can get used to everything. That doesn't mean I wont be on here

My review is as follows:
Ground Floor:
The book that is sitting ontop of a couple of books (make a sort of dorway shape) on the bookcase is floating.
First Floor:
Careful with the papers, they are all floating. I didn't notice wether this changed in-game.
Upon play-testing:
The only problem is dialouge, remove the Gray Fox and Rumors topics
(for rumors select Edit on your character and then select no rumors).
General Remarks:
Looks great, another job well done

Il fix this stuff right now
The paper and book were floating ever so slightly but are now sat
grounded. However in game if you "Z" them or initiate physics they will
float and move around the shelf, do you want me to stop them doing
this? Because its pretty much the case with all the books
I cant for the life of me find a Grey Fox topic to remove by the way,
it hasnt once showed up while playtesting but he no longer has rumors
at least.

If the tiny floating stops them all from screwing up in-game, then keep it. About the Gray Fox, for some reason I got it

Oh no the floating didn't stop them flying all over the place that it
seems cant be stopped even when they are grounded, parchment is
especially light and doesnt like to stack. I could always delete the
book and remove a few pieces of paper, they aren't essential after all.
Its strange that you got the Gray Fox topic, how did you test it? I
always edit the .ini so it loads up upon starting the game. (If that
makes any difference
).

I loaded a save game, then coc'ed to the cell. Thats how I always test
my dialouge (for that is what the in-game testing is really about for
me), and I never got anything I didn't put in before

Abbrev.
F= Floating / B= Bleeding / S= Look at Screenshot / PG = Pathgrid / th
= tetrahedron, point / sh = because of the silhouette / R = Resize / Re
= Reposition / A = Adjust
General info.
Please add a version number to the name of your esp files. TIA
The Groundfloor.
Use an activatorflamenode04 etc. or add sound. It gives a nice sound of a burning fire.
Don't mix different classes of furniture in the same room. The desk,
replace it by for example a table. You could place the desk in the
bedroom (upperclass).
The first floor.
The bedroom.
Replace the MiddleBookshelf04 by an Upperclass shelf.
AI.
Make sure the packages are chronological (select a package and use the
arrow keys L/R). Add a wander package. Duration == 0 and Time == any.
This ensure's that the NPC walks around (no other packages activated).
The travel (service package). Uncheck "continue if PC is near".
If the PC enters the shop (service package active) he will continue to offer services. No other packages will be activated.
General Remarks.
It's a nice interior.
No floating and bleeding etc.
Well done.

Ah thank you for the new review
About the class furniture problem is there strict guidlines regarding
this? I know some things will look out of place if used together in the
extreme but I felt the desk and book case fit quite well, especially
considering it was middle/upper on the whole.
The AI packages were intentional actually, if the NPC travels upstairs
to bed after he closes and PC is present then the PC is stuck in his
store as he locks the door on completion of the package.
I'l try and correct everything as soon as possible anyway
By the way I must say your tutorials were very helpful in helping me create these interiors, thank you for writing them!

As explained by you it's a middle/upper on the whole. So it's fine.

I have replaced the fire and added a light motivator so it isn't too
dark and also placed the AI packets in chronological order.
I tried to put a wander package in but when it was either last or first
in the list it just seemed to mess the travel/service packet up and
then those succeeding it. As it is now Antius:
- Wakes at 7 am and has breakfast upstairs
- Travels downstairs at 8 am to the desk, opens shop and front door.
- At 6 pm closes shop and locks the door (but waits on PC if he is near so as not to lock him in).
- At 7 pm he eats dinner and then at 8 pm reads a book.
- at 10 pm he sleeps and starts over again.

I added (last) the "aaaDefaultExploreEditorLoc1024", all the packages
worked fine. Add this package and he'll wander. Change the lock of the
door to "needs a key".
