Well due to a major breakthrough,

It is now possible for us to have custom animations, lets think for a moment about what we need to animate and other ideas for animations. Then we can party Wasted

I will start off and say birds, big birds.

I just got an idea. It is possible to use Morrowind meshes in Oblivion (not Beth ones, resources) So could we do the same for animations? That would be amazing IMO.

I guess, but it must all be custom made nothing from Morrowind in ANY way.

Of course, and as mentioned as long as it's only custom they can't say anything.

If you guys find something you like from Morrowind let us know and I or someone can make it happen, as those contents already have the proper set up for Oblivion exporting. :D

Well if there are some bird animations, or better yet bird animations and the big bird aswell. Then that would be of use to us.

No, but we couldn't really use them anyway. I want them to stand in place, like Stilt riders, and have babins attached to them where a passenger can get in. Animations wouldn't be needed but I would like a low res small one to be seen flying over head sometimes.

Well, if they're to be stationary, I think animations would be minimal problem. You just need a good model, only animations would be idle ones right? You know, like they stretch a wing, sigh or shake head. Like Silt Strider animations in MW.
