I have been taking a break and while playing I sort of did a few things
like capture the countess of anvilin the cell you get in the DLC thieves den

well would it be possible for a kidnaping quest in valenwood to be made or even a guild

Kidnapping can be used in quests but I doubt we use many things from Cyrodiil. Valenwood is a secluded province. Never really been under Imperial control.
