As I have never done any path dridding before I would be nice if you
could do it. Saves me a job as I've got quite a lot to do at the moment
and not as much time as I would like. Just make a .esp dependent to the
.esm with the pathgrid. I will learn but it would be nice to be done
while I've still got coral etc to place. |

I think that's best to leave until we have everything else on the
Islands done, all things are placed and wont move etc. Then chris can
do the pathgrid

About Path Grids.
The most important thing to remember is that NPCs will work from the
closest path grid node to what ever point they most reach. So if you
want an NPC to use a chair, put a node next to it.
Otherwise its best to avoid tightly backed nodes and make more losely
packed ones for wide open areas. Even indoors loosely packed nodes work
best.
When laying nodes for a corner, try and remember the NPCs will turn
that corner exactly as you place the nodes, so make it a natural curve
and it will be very cool indeed.
Also for paths and vital routes you want NPCs and creatures to use,
hold down Alt and select the nodes for the path, they will turn blue
and NPCs will use them first.
Any NPC not on a node will head for the closest one when the player
enters the cell, this may lead to some odd walking in to walls
situations until the NPC updates a few seconds later and heads for
closest node but thats normal.
Finally, after the NPCs are placed, expect to have to adjust the nodes one last time.
