I think i found the concept i was looking for,Thanks Shiv and Yeah Blackmarsh and elsweyr has loads of semi-sentient creatures that are mounts and all that lot So Maybe if we do get the animations working then a semi sentient race would be a real possibility,The thing i said about them being cursed and all that would be a really good"Look Up Your History" Kind of quest,Were you actually get to meet one(Maybe some cursed ones broke off from the cursed strain of mounts for the tsaesci and are now a fully eligible species,Sounds good! And it works for all races of akavir because...) This quest could be for any faction and you could get one as a companion or a mount or a Companion Mount(But needs a lot of animations so not really possible) But a companion or mount would be very nice for a player (i deleted what was here because i was a bit drunk)

So we should we say for Tsaesci mounts,Let someone(Maybe me in a month) Go for making it (With maybe a head from shiv if possible)
If i go for making it,I think the sea mount is a first but making a land one well i think thats Trial and Error but it could be done and the semi-sentient creature well your have to do somethink about the talking thing , And i ask is it possible to disable console commands while in akavir? So people dont reck there own experience
