Great to hear it, LR! The bridges idea is connected with the exterior of Soulrest and concerns this area and the other entrance to the city. As you can see, there's a moat and a steep rise up to the door which is unreachable by any other means. The idea was to use one of your towers as the entrance point and then to have a drawbridge-style bridge across to the gate. This would also be used for a smaller exit from the UC area of the city where the bridge can connect to one of the normal wall towers (with a door, of course) and provide sneaky access to the pirate's cove for those UC swindlers who have immunity against BM law.

Great to hear you've been able to make progress. Would you feel comfortable giving us a "% finished" number by any chance? Big Grin

sorry, missed this,

Ext Models and Layout: 80-90%

Interior Models: 60%

City Cluttering and general pretty-making: 0-10%

I will link up lowerclass interiors in my next .esp, so that can be started while I'm finishing off the modelling of the mansion interiors (they are pretty awesome so far Wink)

Yaaay! Happy days!
bit late, but here you go, I'm gonna start cluttering + general CS work, like hooking up doors between interiors etc.

Still have the interiors of the big mansions to do, the balcony towers are done Smile

Enjoy:

That's the most interesting city, which i've ever seen! This is gorgeous!
Quality stuff, LR! :bananarock:

Worth waiting for  . It'll look magnificent with clutter and a few smaller houses dotted around. Those balconies offer a lot of fun opportunities for people-watching. We could use some circular garden railings and maybe retextured paving platforms like we used for Stormhold. It looks like the HUGE mansion there will be needing a lot of clutter but I'm still in the process of adding some house plants that can be used which will be perfect here...we may be able to set up an indoor arboretum of some kind....especially if a part (like maybe a room) of one of the interiors is textured separately so as to create a sort of 'glasshouse' effect. What do you think?
Fantastic!

It just occurred to me that later on we could use a retextured, overgrown version of these buildings for the Kothringi ruins deeper in the Marsh (thus getting maximum use out of the Soulrest set)
Indeed, that's potentially a future project for you, LR! If you can create collapsed and semi-collapsed versions of some buildings at a later date then it will set us in good stead.
Hey LR, how are these options for Kothringi and Orma?

I quote like the Persians myself but my question is - how hard is it to get the beards in-game?
