well we need to get some of the bigger ones up and running like skyrims almost ready I think they need a few more models and vvardenfell is in serious need of modelers as far as I've seen

Not banned. Archived, the leader quit, it had no real team, nothing was realy done, so we archived it. We are not looking for a leader for it, because we'd rather have someone truely passionate about it start one from scratch.

I wasnt incompetint I was ezly angred and I realy wasnt geting much done, I didn't have any truely devoted to ssi as every one else was tied to other progects more (nothing against it) so not much was geting done and I wanted to do my own stuff so ssi was geting in the way.

I would have to dissagree DA. the fate of a project lies within the team. for if there is a strong team they can elect a leader/core/other when the first leader leaves (eg. many of these here progects, as well as TR, Kavatch rebuilt, and many more)

I said "not competant" not that it's incredibly different, but I believe actions speak for themselves, he is by no means a bad moder or person, leadership of a project this large is just "not his cup of tea"

ok fine, but still one is only as strong as those who back them up, let me put it this way (if this makes no sence to you fine but to me it make sence) when traveling as a group the pace of the group is to be as fast as the slowest person, so you are dependent on the people in your group. but there I know what you mean.

I understand that, and it is certainly true later on, but durring the early days it has to rely on the founder, which is why they are so often honored.
