with that I agree. it is the founder's responsibility to get the progect on its feet, so that it may prosper later (with or without him).

since you admit that your a bad leader, the why did you start the progect in the first place? you should have tried to overcome your dissadvantages if you wanted your project to suceed

The reason I started was more selfish than anything actualy, I wanted to do something that would get me some reputation and start it first bbefore someone else desided to do it.

wow, thats a bad reason to start such an ambitious mod. the thing with landmass mods is that they have to get released (wich is hard to do) or the reputaion gained is negative.
