The drethmer it is already decided escaped the horror and carnage of
the years shortly after the fall of aldmeris by fleeing into the sewers
and catacombs, where they developed a sensitivity to sunlight and like
of humidity. They no wear black face tatoos to remember what their
ancestors were forced to do to survive, keeping them humble.

The city was in disaray, there was killing, rioting, Diseas ran
rampant, powerful weapons taken from the palace were being used in the
streets, factions were forming, it was hell.

Ulsmer - descended from the Aldmer who inhabited the coasts and islands
around Aldmeris. As life on land became increasingly chaotic and
dangerous, the sea became their only refuge. Milennia of aquatic life
has made them equally capable to life above or under water. Their diet
consists chiefly of fish

I like it.
Senmer-Fled to the arctic regions far south where they believed there
wouldn't be much chaos at all due to the freezing temperatures. Senayu
allowed them to adapt and thus the Senmer were born.

Addition - Senayu is atributed to it, but the divine cannot interact
with mundas. They were among the last to form into a civilization.

Volsmer- The Volsmer are one of the newest born races, they were not
involved at all in the destruction of the great city, and the only
reason they even know about it is from the stories they hear from the
Cresmer. They simply came to existance by way evolution, they were born
in the forest of Vovols and that is where they remain.

Volsmer- During the destruction of the great city, a group of Aldmer
fled to Vovols, it was a huge forest and there they believed they could
remain hidden. Over the years they adapted to the fores developing
green skin and sharp teeth. They are among the latest to evolve into a
civilization, and even now, they are a smaller one than most.

Hmm... How about Volsmer for volcanoes or something, I think that would
sound great (Vol usually means something hot I think...)! Maybe...

how about five kinds of Aldmer present?
such as the most populous one... a large portion had migrated to
Tamriel to escape disaster and today their most direct descendants are
the Altmer... but they branch off into Ayleids and Chimer and Falmer I
guess ...
a scientist-architect type which later became the Dwemer and they had
decided to land near the Nibenay when they left for Tamriel and thus
had settled the Velothi Mts. while other Aldmer were conquering the
Summerset...
a sea-faring warrior one that was extremely powerful, when they left
Aldmeris for Tamriel, they were exiled by the others out of fear....
their King is Orgnum and they became the Maormer... they were all
exiled to Pyandonea
a royalty group with the pinnacle of technology, science, learning,
martial skill, and statescraft and refused to leave their doomed
Aldmeris and vowed o either rebuilt it or die trying.... they are the
highest in the classes which cuased the war
the last is the result of the warring... a stealthy branch of the
Aldmer went underground to survive... I got this from someone's else's
idea
what do you guys think?

yeah I did, but I am trying to fit it into context of DURING the disaster...
I am under the impression they all lived in this mega-metropolis until the great disaster...
those are what I envirion the groups as... since there were three main
groups of Mer on Tamriel... Aldmer, Dwemer, and Maormer... and the
surviving Aldmer split into Altmer, Ayleidic Altmer, Bosmer, Chimer,
and Falmer, and Orsimer...
so I thought AFTER the disaster a lot of the people would leave the
super mega ultra mucho grande metropolis and go into the country and
live and adapt to the lands that they had dominated but never tamed (as
they made this big city) |
