Perhaps SLIGHTLY influenced by Akavir... Since the Yokudan humans were.
I had more ideas but they slipped my mind. I might edit if they come
back to me.

Yokuda's still on the map, technically speaking. I don't see much what your comment has to do with anything we've said.

Ah. I thought that was something like "Yokuda is gone." Misunderstanding.
I think it'd be a bit too cliche to actually base it on Atlantis though.

They should still have some relation to the water, perhaps they are
excellent swimmers, and build their cities on platforms above the
water, atleast some of them.

I think we should be careful not to get to science-fictiony with this. It IS still Elder Scrolls.

sORRY, I ACCIDENTLY HIT CAPS LOCK, I DIDN'T WANT TO GO AND RETYPE IT.
bUT I WAS THINKING, MAYBE JUST A PORTION OF SOME THEIR CITIES WOULD BE
sitting on docks in the water, so the docks wouldn't have to be too
big. Sorry again, caps was on.

That doesn't sound too unreasonable. I think they should obviously have
(one of) the strongest navy on Aldmeris, of course, but I think they
should also be very skilled on land. A truly formidable opponent for
the Cresmer and other races.

I'd have to say the Ulsmer have a better navy, because they are
completely adapted to water, having completely submerged cities.

Even so, they probably aren't used to being truly out at sea. I presume
that most of the races on Aldmeris have stayed on Aldmeris, but the
Yokumer have sailed great distances... For a time, their naval
capabilities were the sole reason for their continued existance. I'd
think they would have a slight edge over the Ulsmer in that regard, but
the Ulsmer probably know the general sea conditions of the area around
Aldmeris better than the Yokumer ever will.

They are rather recent additions, I think their cities will be rather undeveloped.

yeah, while submerged in water, the Ulsmer would overpower the Yokumer,
but on boats, the Yokumer would have the upper hand.
On land the ulsmer would probably win, as their cities are much more
developed and they know the land of Aldmeris better then the Yokumer.

sounds good, we should start deciding on the types of militaries the races have, and their strengths and weaknesses
